Making calls is easy, your session becomes active as soon as you log in. You can select a pre-arranged call session to join with a patient by clicking on the scheduled call button on the left hand column of your dashboard. Each button shows the name of the patient, and the date and time the call was scheduled.
Alternatively, you can share the secure room code with a patient 
or click on either of the grey and orange invitation buttons. 
Calls and rooms are secured through authentication between users, and encrypted through your browser using 2048 RSA type encryption.
