When you initiate a call with a patient, your screen will display a message showing the name of the patient and the date and time of your scheduled call. This function can be found after you click on the 
in the appointment list on your doctor dashboard.
The right hand column will display a waiting message while your camera is activated in the left hand column on screen.
There are two action buttons available. If you click 
, your attendee will receive an email stating that the session is now active and if configured to receive SMS text messages, a text message that includes a one-tap clink to access the secure video consultation session.
We have also included a 
button that will delete the appointment from your schedule and close the secure session.
