drCalls.me has the ability to annotate an image during your secure video conferencing session. For example, if you want to indicate an area of an image that may be of concern, or lab results that need to be highlighted while the patient is on the call, you can select the image from the 
menu, and open it in the image editor by clicking on the icon.
Once the image has been selected, it will open in an editor viewer:
There are several tools available on the toolbar at the top of the screen. These control the line thickness, file output options and colour changes.
You can draw anywhere on the image to highlight areas of interest or concern. By Clicking on 
you will be prompted for a filename and can save the annotated image to your shared file storage for download or review.
