Chat requests are only available to participants within the call. As part of our security measures, the chat facility is restricted to only those within the call.
Chat may be used to provide extra communication between doctor and patient or between healthcare workers to provide more detail than may be possible during a discussion and, perhaps a copy/paste of report terminology, lab results etc.
When a new chat request is initiated, an indicator icon will appear over the chat icon on the right hand side of the screen.
