Your patient contact information is shown on the Patient Information screen. When a patient is selected for a call, their information automatically populates so that you can refer to their details at any time during the call. When you open the Patient record screens, they will overlay your screen, even if your web camera and microphone are on, allowing you access during the call. Your patient will not be able to see the screens, allowing you to administer the patient record during the call, making case notes, or referring to previous case notes as required.
