Patient records can be imported into drCalls.me as part of a data import from your EMR system, or created as you go using various Create Patient functions throughout the platform.
Once a patient record has been entered, it is available for inclusion in billing reports and for use within the platform for appointment scheduling and correspondence with the patient.
If a secure video session is instigated by the doctor and the secure session code shared with the patient, they are prompted to enter basic information when they join the call, helping to pre-populate patient information in your system.
