Previous case history can be reviewed at any time during the call. The Doctor has the ability to open a list of case notes that have been captured in any previous drCalls.me secure video sessions to review while they are talking to the patient.
There are several options on this screen. When clicking 
the case notes relating to the specific call date and time are displayed. These buttons can be clicked as desired to review one or several call case notes.
To view all case notes, click 
. All case notes will be displayed on screen.
You can also generate a printed hardcopy of your patient case notes file by clicking 
. The case notes will be sent through your web browser to print.
