A doctor can upload a copy of your clinic Privacy and Patient Consent document as part of the profile management screen. By selecting 
you have the ability to copy and paste your prefered statement into the edit area.
You can pre-load the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Inforamtion Statement taken from the Doctors of BC Toolkit (2020) or you can copy/paste your prefered statement in the box provided. This statement is shown to the patient when they log into the secure video session each and every time they access the system, with 
being presented to them as part of their secure access procedure. Failure to accept your privacy statement will revoke their access and close out their secure session.
Once you have made changes to the Access disclosure, you can save your changes by scrolling down and selecting the 
button.
