You can manage your appointments and patient call schedules using the built-in scheduling system, accessed from the 
menu item.
Basic patient information may be imported into drCalls.me using the Import/Export function. This will pre-populate your patient dropdown lists for easy access. Alternatively, you can create a patient on-the-fly using the 
button.
To schedule an appointment, either choose your attendee from the dropdown list or create a new patient using the yellow button. Select the date and time using the form controls on screen and create the appointment using the Set Appointment button.
New appointments will be shown in the right hand column, under a heading for Appointments Today or Scheduled Appointments.
