Shared files are available within a few seconds to all participants in the call. A notification 
will appear next to the 
on the sidebar menu.
Files can be viewed in one of two ways, both through the File Storage screen.
You can open each file by clicking on the relevant icon in the file storage area. Files will be uploaded into a new sheet tab or window in your browser.
Alternatively, you can open a preview of the image or document by hovering over the icon. A preview will appear showing the content of the document, to enable you to select the document you wish to view or open.
