Your basic patient profile in shown in the yellow shaded box at the top of the screen for reference and your patient case notes entry is shown below.
Patient case notes can be added during your call by tapping on the case notes tab in the patient record. Here you have the option to select the billing code (or use your default codes set by checking . You can also enter any notes relating to the call and what was discussed in the box below.
Patient case notes can be opened and added to at any time during the call and will be saved as part of the patient billing record and made available for viewing in subsequent calls through the Case Notes tab.
