Integrated Clinic Administration with drCalls.me

As the drCalls.me platform continues to grow, we are now pleased to announce the addition of our Clinic Administration module, designed to assist Medical Office Assistants and Clinic Managers to configure, organise and manage their medical clinic.

The clinic administration module enables staff to access doctor schedules, billing reports, integrated billing and payments and a robust user management system to easily create and manage user accounts within the drCalls.me platform.

In response to requests from clinics carrying out private medical assessments, we have also integrated a payment module allowing administrative staff to request credit card payment information from private clients to bill their telehealth visits. Using the latest in RSA and AES 256 encryption, credit card information is collected from patients before, during or after their secure video consultation and is made available to clinic administrators using two-factor authentication and a secure decryption key - keeping the patient and clinic safe from misuse of card details.

drCalls.me is an integrated product with Verified Medical, synchronising file uploads, video and audio recordings with the doctors Verified Medical secure storage and communication account. This robust, automated backup offers doctors a secure document repository for long-term storage of documents and files used in their secure video consultations.
