In-Call Case Notes & Patient Records

drCalls.me is pleased to announce the addition of the Patient Record module giving healthcare professionals the ability to record detailed case notes before, during and after their secure video call with patients. Following a request from Dr M in Prince George, we developed a feature-rich module that enables the healthcare professional to review previous case notes, shared documents and files, add new case notes, print reports and view previous billing records related to the individual patient.

Patient case notes may be copied to your EMR using the single click copy function, or retained in Verified Medical for review later. New case notes may be recorded during your call helping you build a record of your virtual consultations.
